Pam’s Focus is built around your goals. We’ll start by identifying what matters most to you. Here are some topics we often work on:
· Struggling to orgasm
You’re having trouble reaching orgasm? We’ll uncover what's in the way and find ways to unlock your full potential so that you’re not missing out on pleasure anymore.
· Getting in your head
Does your mind wander during intimacy? It is sometimes hard to be fully present during sex? You’ll learn how to relax and quiet those thoughts to bring pleasure back to the forefront.
· Talking about sex with your partner(s)
Do conversations about sex feel uncomfortable? You’ll learn how to make them feel natural and empowering. And you’ll gain the confidence to express your desires so you both feel heard, respected, and connected.
· Letting go of what holds you back
Do thoughts like "I should be doing this" or "I shouldn’t do that" get in the way of your pleasure? We’ll help you break free from these limitations, and you’ll create a mindset that allows you to embrace your desires on your own terms.

Nope. Pam’s Focus is coaching: interactive, supportive, and grounded in conversation. We won’t be unpacking childhood trauma or doing deep clinical work. We’ll stay in the here-and-now, focusing on tools, insights, and shifts you can take into your everyday life.

Some people like to meet every week. Others prefer more space between sessions to reflect or try things out. We'll find the rhythm that works best for you. It’s flexible and adapted to your pace.
