Pam’s Club Services Agreement

This agreement outlines the Terms & Conditions for using Pam’s Club services. Pam’s Club is a DBA of Wipsy LLC, a registered limited liability company.

By booking a service with Pam’s Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

I. Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Services

Pam's Club provides educational and coaching services in the field of sexual wellbeing. These services are designed to support individuals and partners in developing greater self-awareness, communication skills, and overall sexual and relational wellbeing.

All sessions are strictly verbal and educational. No physical contact of any kind takes place during sessions. Pam's Club does not provide or incorporate any form of touch, bodywork, or physical intervention.

The services provided by Pam's Club are not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment as defined under California law, and do not constitute a licensed mental health service. If you require licensed mental health support, please consult an appropriate licensed professional.

2. Services Provider

Pam’s Club services are provided by Eleonore De Vos, who holds a University Certificate in Clinical Sexology (Certificat d’Université en Sexologie Clinique) from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), Belgium.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and honest information during sessions to facilitate personalized guidance. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, relationships, and wellbeing, including the application of any information or guidance provided through Pam’s Club services.

Clients are encouraged to communicate openly about any concerns, discomfort, misunderstandings, or questions that arise during the course of the work so they may be addressed collaboratively and appropriately.

Participation in services is voluntary, and clients may discontinue services at any time.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential. Pam’s Club will not disclose any personal information shared during sessions unless required by law, including but not limited to:

• Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult

• A credible threat of harm to self or others

• A court order requiring disclosure

5. Specific Terms for Partner Sessions

When services are provided to two partners together, the following additional terms apply:

• By completing payment for partner sessions, the paying partner confirms that both partners are aware of, and have agreed to participate under, the terms outlined in this agreement.

• The relationship is considered the primary client, not either individual separately.

• Pam’s Club will remain neutral and will not take sides with either partner.

• No-Secrets Policy: Pam’s Club operates under a strict no-secrets policy. All information shared, whether in joint or individual sessions, may be brought into the partners’ work. There are no exceptions.

• If one partner withdraws from the process, sessions will be paused and Pam’s Club will discuss next steps with both parties.

• Both partners agree not to subpoena Pam’s Club or its records in any legal proceedings including but not limited to divorce or custody matters.

6. Fees and Payment

Payment for services is due before the session(s) begin.

• Individual sessions (50 min): $200

• Partner sessions (75 min): $300

• Package options are available and will be outlined separately.

Individual sessions conducted as part of partner work are billed at the partner session rate.

7. Cancellation Policy

Partner sessions require both partners to attend. If one partner cancels or is unable to attend, the session will be canceled or rescheduled. Individual sessions scheduled as part of the partner pathway are not subject to this requirement and follow the standard cancellation policy below.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations, rescheduling requests made within 48 hours, and no-shows are charged in full. This applies to both individual and partner sessions.

Refunds are not provided for completed services.

8. Service Limitations

Pam’s Club does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the services provided. Services are educational and collaborative in nature, and outcomes vary based on many factors, including client participation and commitment.

Services are intended for educational and personal development purposes only and are not a substitute for licensed therapy, licensed counseling, or medical treatment. If you require medical or mental health support, please consult an appropriate licensed professional.

9. Right to Pause or Terminate Services

Pam's Club reserves the right to pause or terminate services at any time if:

• A client's needs fall outside the scope of expertise provided

• Safety concerns arise

• The working relationship becomes untenable

Upon request, and where appropriate, referrals to other professionals may be provided.

10. Communication Outside Sessions

Outside contact should be limited to scheduling and administrative matters. Pam’s Club does not provide emergency services. In case of emergency, please contact 911 or your local crisis line.

11. Age Requirement

Services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

12. Session Technology & Recordings

Sessions may be conducted in person or online. When conducted online, Pam's Club uses secure reputable platforms. Pam’s Club does not record sessions and asks that clients do not record them without prior, mutual consent.
While every effort is made to protect your privacy, Pam’s Club cannot be held responsible for third-party platform breaches beyond our control.

13. Intellectual Property

Materials provided during sessions are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Pam’s Club. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without explicit permission.

14. Respect & Inclusion

Pam’s Club is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment for all individuals, regardless of gender, orientation, identity, background, or experience.

II. Legal Notes

1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

2. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disagreements respectfully and constructively. If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it through direct communication. If this is not successful, both parties agree to pursue mediation in Los Angeles County, California, using a neutral mediator (to be mutually agreed upon or appointed by a mediation service). If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. If arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable, either party may seek resolution in the courts of California. The prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation may recover reasonable legal fees and costs, as determined by the arbitrator or court. Note for EU clients: this agreement is governed by U.S. law, but your local consumer rights remain unaffected.
