2. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disagreements respectfully and constructively. If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it through direct communication. If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. If arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable, either party may seek resolution in the courts of California. The prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation may recover reasonable legal fees and costs, as determined by the arbitrator or court. Note for EU clients: this agreement is governed by U.S. law, but your local consumer rights remain unaffected.
